Do life

I listened to the audio book today called do life



It was a great read and it was very motivating.






Lately I have still been active but I could be more so. I have had many relaxing evenings on the porch with a glass of wine rather than being active, since my half marathon two weeks ago, so today I turned that around.



Today I ate well and drank a lot of water and texted my BFF to meet me at the ski hill to run very long hill repeats.



We ran up and down the intermediate run three times in an hour. It was hard and a bit painful for the calves..but so worth it when its done.
